Kamakhya Temple Visiting Days:

You can visit Kamakhya Temple any day, all seven days Kamakhya Temple is open, only during the Ambubachi Mela temple doors closed for three days.

In general Kamakhya Temple opens from Monday to Sunday on each day at the same time given below for the devotee’s darshan and puja ritual.

Kamakhya Temple Timing:

Kamakhya Temple doors open in morning: 05:30 AM and Door closed in Night 5:30 PM.

But in special festivals like Navratri and Diwali timings can be changed.

05:30 AM  

On this time temple door opens and Pithasthan Snan or bathe ritual performs.

06:00 AM

On this time Daily Puja ritual performs by the Temple Purohit.

08:00 AM

On this time temple Door opens for the Devotees Darshan.

01:00 PM

On this time Temple door closed for the cooked offerings for the distribution among devotees.

02:30 PM

On this time temple doors again open for the Prasad distribution and Darshan of devotees.

5:30 PM

On this Time, the last aarti of Goddess performs to close the temple for the Night.

Kamakhya Temple Timings during Ambubachi Mela

Kamakhya Temple darshan timing will change during every year, Ambubachi Mela,

For three days due to mensuration period of Goddess Kamakhya temple door closed and no one can take darshan of Goddess.

After three days temple door opens for the darshan purpose to devotees.  And then Kamakhya Temple remains open till 10:30 PM in the night.
